1. About these terms

These Terms of Use govern access to https://pinetwork.fun and the PI FUN features made available through it. Read them together with the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

PI FUN is a platform with token creation, trading interfaces, PUN mining and community features. Availability varies by version and location. References to Pi Network do not imply that PI FUN is owned, operated or endorsed by Pi Network. PI FUN is not Pump.fun and is not affiliated with Pump.fun.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must have legal capacity to agree to these terms and use the service in compliance with the laws that apply to you. Do not use the service where doing so would be unlawful or violate applicable sanctions.

Web features requiring an account are unlocked through Google sign-in. You are responsible for securing your account and device, providing accurate information and notifying PI FUN of suspected misuse. Do not impersonate another person or use an account without authorization. The Telegram button opens an external bot and does not authenticate your PI FUN web account.

3. Service availability and network status

Features may be changed, interrupted or unavailable because of maintenance, security reviews, third-party outages or development. PI FUN does not guarantee uninterrupted access, transaction completion or permanent availability of any feature.

The current interface is limited to Testnet; Mainnet is not enabled. Local trading activity and browser balances must not be treated as executed Mainnet transactions or redeemable assets. A displayed balance, reward or quote alone is not a promise of payment, withdrawal, market value or token issuance.

4. Token creation and user content

You are responsible for token names, descriptions, artwork, links and other content you provide, including obtaining the rights needed to use it. Do not submit content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, impersonates others, promotes unlawful conduct, or contains pornographic or disturbing imagery.

Token creation requires an uploaded logo accepted by the image-review process. Review is not an endorsement, a guarantee of legality or a guarantee that a token is safe. PI FUN may reject or remove prohibited content and restrict related features.

You retain rights you hold in your content. By submitting it, you grant PI FUN a non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, process and display it as needed to operate and moderate the service. You must have authority to grant that license; this does not transfer ownership of your content to PI FUN.

5. Trading information and financial risks

Token prices, charts, rankings and activity are informational. Market quotes can be delayed, inaccurate or unavailable. A conversion to USD is an estimate, not an execution price. Bonding-curve pricing, fees, slippage, liquidity and network conditions can affect results.

Cryptoassets and memecoins can be highly volatile, illiquid or worthless, and you may lose the entire amount committed to an actual transaction. PI FUN does not provide personalized financial, investment, legal or tax advice. No listing, chart, ranking, logo approval or community post is a recommendation or promise of profit.

You are responsible for your decisions, reviewing any applicable fees before confirming a transaction, checking wallet addresses and meeting your tax and reporting obligations. Do not assume a displayed graduation threshold means a real DEX pool has been created; an on-chain result requires independently verifiable execution.

6. PUN mining, referrals and tasks

PUN mining records and session rewards are maintained separately from PI trading balances. Off-chain PUN amounts do not establish ownership of an on-chain token or a right to cash, PI, redemption, an airdrop or future distribution. No future token value or conversion is guaranteed.

Referral benefits depend on the applicable session rules and eligible activity. Task cards and content reward tiers describe offered targets; viewing a card, opening a social link or submitting a form does not itself prove completion or credit a reward. Only rewards actually recorded through the supported account process count as credited.

Do not automate abuse, create misleading referrals, fabricate engagement or exploit reward errors. PI FUN may review suspicious activity and correct records that resulted from verified errors or misuse, subject to applicable law.

7. Prohibited use

Do not use PI FUN for fraud, scams, market manipulation, money laundering, unlawful fundraising, harassment, threats, exploitation or other illegal activity. Do not distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, bypass access controls, disrupt the service or collect other users' private information without authorization.

Do not misrepresent local activity as real trades, make false claims of endorsement, or promise guaranteed returns on behalf of PI FUN. Reporting a genuine security issue responsibly is distinct from exploiting it or accessing unrelated data.

8. Third-party services

Google, Telegram, Pi Network, market-data providers, wallets and external social platforms are independent services with their own terms. PI FUN does not control their availability, security, content or decisions. Review their terms before using them.

If a supported wallet feature is used, you control your wallet credentials. Never give PI FUN or another user your seed phrase or private key. Public blockchain transactions may be irreversible and may incur network fees.

9. PI FUN intellectual property

PI FUN branding, interface and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms allow you to access the service for permitted purposes; they do not grant ownership of PI FUN branding or permission to impersonate the platform. Third-party names and logos remain subject to their owners' rights.

10. Restrictions and termination

PI FUN may restrict access or remove content when reasonably necessary to address violations, security threats, fraud or legal requirements. Where appropriate and legally required, notice or an opportunity to raise a concern will be provided. Enforcement must not override rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may stop using the service at any time. Signing out does not delete account records. Privacy and deletion requests are handled as described in the Privacy Notice; public blockchain records, if any, cannot generally be removed by PI FUN.

11. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without guarantees of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation or financial outcomes. You remain responsible for assessing risks and keeping copies of information you need.

To the extent permitted by law, PI FUN is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, third-party service failures, or losses caused by your disclosure of credentials. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or any liability or consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded. These terms do not impose an arbitrary monetary liability cap.

12. Applicable rights and disputes

Mandatory laws and consumer rights applicable to you remain in effect. These terms do not select an unconfirmed governing jurisdiction, require private arbitration or waive a right to bring a lawful claim.

For concerns about the service or these terms, first contact PI FUN through an official channel linked from https://pinetwork.fun. This does not prevent you from seeking remedies available under applicable law.

13. Changes to these terms

PI FUN may revise these terms to reflect service changes or legal requirements. The revision date is shown above. Material changes will be notified, and renewed acceptance sought, where required by applicable law. Changes do not remove rights or liabilities that already arose under applicable law.
