1. Scope of this notice

This Privacy Notice describes how PI FUN handles personal information in connection with https://pinetwork.fun and its account, token, trading, mining and community features. It applies to information handled by PI FUN, not to the independent practices of Google, Telegram, Pi Network or other external services.

The information collected depends on the features you use. A feature being described here does not mean that it is available in every version of the service.

2. Information we handle

Account information: when you sign in with Google, the account service receives identifiers and basic profile information, such as your email address, name and profile image. PI FUN also stores profile information you choose to update. PI FUN does not receive your Google password.

Content and activity: this may include uploaded avatars and token artwork, token descriptions, public profile details, trades, watchlists, preferences, mining balances, session timestamps, referral relationships and content you submit through available features. Some trading and guest-account information is stored only in your browser, while Google-backed profiles and mining records are stored with Lovable Cloud.

Technical information: hosting, account and diagnostic services may process IP addresses, browser and device information, request details and error logs to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the service. Public wallet addresses and transaction identifiers may be processed when a supported wallet or payment feature is used. Never submit a wallet seed phrase or private key.

3. How information is used

We use information to provide sign-in and profiles, keep mining sessions and balances associated with accounts, process referrals, display available activity, save preferences, review uploaded artwork, respond to requests and maintain the service.

Information may also be used to investigate abuse, prevent fraud, enforce the Terms of Use, diagnose errors and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not use this notice to authorize unrelated uses of your information.

4. Legal grounds where applicable

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, processing may be necessary to provide a service you request, meet legal obligations, or pursue legitimate interests such as service security and abuse prevention, subject to your rights. Where consent is required, it must be obtained for that processing and may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.

5. Service providers and disclosure

Lovable Cloud provides account and data services. Google handles Google sign-in. Uploaded token logos may be sent to the configured AI image-review service to check for prohibited imagery; approved artwork may be delivered through a content delivery service. Market-price requests involve external quote providers, including OKX and Coinbase, which may receive ordinary connection information.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or the service, or investigate misuse. If a business transfer affects personal information, applicable privacy protections and notice requirements continue to apply. This notice does not grant permission to sell personal information.

6. Public content and blockchain records

Treat token names, artwork, public profiles and public activity as information others may view, copy or share. Do not include sensitive personal information in public content.

If a supported feature submits a transaction to a public blockchain, its records may be visible worldwide and may not be editable or erasable by PI FUN. Browser-stored balances and off-chain mining records are not, by themselves, blockchain transactions.

7. Cookies and browser storage

The service uses browser storage and authentication mechanisms to keep account sessions, preferences and local activity. Local records can be lost if you clear site data or change browsers; they are separate from account-backed records.

You can manage cookies and site storage through your browser. Blocking or deleting essential storage may sign you out or prevent features from working. This notice is not consent to optional tracking; any optional tracking that requires consent must be handled separately.

8. Retention and security

Information is retained as needed for the feature concerned, account administration, security and applicable legal requirements. Retention can differ by record type; deletion may be subject to legitimate legal obligations and backup lifecycles. Local browser records remain until removed by the app or your browser.

Access controls and other safeguards help protect account records, but no service, storage system or internet transmission is completely secure. Protect your Google account and device, and do not share credentials.

9. International processing

Our hosting and service providers may process information in countries other than your country of residence. Where applicable law restricts international transfers, the required safeguards must apply. External services have their own notices describing their processing locations and protections.

10. Your choices and rights

You can update available profile fields, sign out and remove locally stored site data. Signing out or clearing local storage does not delete Cloud account records.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to your local data protection authority. Requests may require identity verification and may be subject to lawful exceptions. Contact PI FUN through an official channel linked from https://pinetwork.fun to request assistance; do not send passwords or private keys.

11. External links and Telegram

Links to Telegram, X, YouTube, Discord and other third-party services take you outside PI FUN. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. The Continue with Telegram button opens https://t.me/PiNetworkFun_bot; opening that link does not sign you in to the PI FUN web account or merge account balances.

12. Children's information

The service is not intended for children who cannot lawfully use it or consent to the relevant processing. If you believe a child has provided information contrary to applicable requirements, contact PI FUN through its official channels so the matter can be reviewed.

13. Changes and contact

We may update this notice as features or legal requirements change. The revision date appears above. Material changes will be communicated where applicable law requires it.
